hands-on work
Everything is personal.
The approach
02 /Look at the whole picture.
The place that hurts is a starting point. How you move, how you hold yourself, and what your body has been through all belong in the conversation.
Marce combines hands-on work with movement, choosing what to work on from what she sees and feels that day. Each session can be different. Understanding what’s happening in your body is part of the work, so you can take an active role in it.
coming from?
- Massage & bodywork

Let’s troubleshoot.
Persistent back, neck, shoulder, knee, or wrist discomfort. Sports injuries. Recovery after accidents. If something is holding you back, let’s talk about it.
The person behind the practice
03 /
Meet Marce Kinstle.
“A really hard challenge is actually fun for me.”
Marce is a licensed massage therapist with more than 25 years of experience. Her own recovery after a car accident shapes the way she works: she knows what it’s like to just get through the day. She asks questions, notices patterns, and wants you to understand what she’s finding. Outside the practice, you might find her swinging clubs, at a Renaissance fair, or happily disappearing into a science-fiction or fantasy world.

Functional Patterns
Human Biomechanics Specialist · Level 2
Marce uses Functional Patterns to work on posture, muscular balance, and coordination. Whether you’re working around back, shoulder, or knee issues, rebuilding stability, or developing your athletic performance, training starts with how you move now.
- Posture & alignment
- Explore how your spine, shoulders, and hips work together.
- Strength & stability
- Build muscular strength alongside balance and joint control.
- Athletic performance
- Develop coordinated movement for your sport and everyday life.
Special care
Care that takes you seriously.
Pain in one place can be part of a bigger pattern. These are three areas where Marce brings particular experience, combining hands-on work with movement tailored to you.
- Women’s health
- Bodywork after C-sections and other surgeries, once you’re cleared. Marce pays attention to scar tissue that feels tight, tender, or restricted, with sessions adapted to where you are in recovery.
- Cervical spine
- Neck stiffness, jaw tension, or discomfort through your cervical spine, from C1 through C7. Marce looks at how your neck, shoulders, and jaw work together, and where bodywork and movement may help.
- Back & joints
- Low back pain, knee pain, sciatica, and joints that feel stiff or unreliable. Sessions explore how you move and support your body, combining hands-on work with movement to build strength, stability, and everyday comfort.
If you’re exploring options before surgery, a consultation can help you understand where bodywork and movement may fit alongside your medical care.
